🎓 Eligibility Requirements

✔️ Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in public health, behavioral/ social sciences, or a related field

✔️ Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a valid green card through the fellowship period
✔️ Be willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius of a CDC host site (primarily in Atlanta, GA)
✔️ Be ready to work full-time for 2 years and meet CDC employment suitability requirements
